4 All Foundation Youth Club - Acceptable Use Agreement The purpose of this agreement is to establish guidelines and limitations regarding the use of all areas. Following behaviour will Not be tolerated: 1. Smoking or vaping or the use of Drugs in any area inside the building or at the building’s entrance is strictly prohibited. 2. The use of abusive language or swearing directed at any individual including staff, visitors, and peers, is not allowed. 3. Leaving the premises without informing a staff member is not allowed. 4. Vandalism, including any destruction of property or damage to the building and equipment, or vandalising toilets, will not be tolerated. 5. Littering, such as dropping and leaving rubbish inside or outside the building, is strictly prohibited. 6. Continual disruptive behaviour that hinders the enjoyment and safety of others, including excessive noise, refusal to follow instructions, or other disruptive actions, will not be accepted. 7. Any form of violence or aggressive behaviour, including physical altercations or threatening conduct, is not tolerated. 8. Failure to comply with the established rules and regulations may result in you being asked to leave the premises and or not being able to attend future sessions. This youth provision operates with a Red & Yellow Card policy. If any of the behaviours listed above are exhibited a yellow card will be produced acting as a warning, if the young person commits another rule break they will not be allowed to attend the youth club the following week. I acknowledge that violation of these rules may result in a request to leave by a staff member. If I fail to comply or exhibit abusive behaviour, I am aware that the police will be contacted, and my parents or caregivers will be informed about the exhibited behaviour.
